Complete this form and return it to the parish office to begin participating in the electronic payment option for weekly Mass offerings.
Religious Education E-Z Registration Form 2010-2011
This form must be completed and turned in by each family on an annual basis along with the appropriate fee to be registered for the Religious Education Program at St. Edward.

Please use this form to calculate the tuition and fees for your family for the coming year. An inability to meet tuition or fees does not prohibit registering your child for classes.
