St. Edward the Confessor Parish in Medfield consists of approximately 2100 families.  The parish reaches out to members of the community from a woman who is 103 years old to recently baptized babies.

The liturgies at St. Edward Parish are very beautifully prepared in music, in proclaiming the Word and in Eucharist.  The liturgies are a very prayerful experience for the people of the Parish.  St. Edward Parish is a very welcoming parish for all people.  It touches people's lives with the presence of God in Eucharist, in prayer, and in caring for one another.

In St. Edward Parish there are many young families which enrich the parish.  At present there are 1300 children enrolled in the Religious Education program.  These programs bring great involvement by parents which enables these programs to be healthy and alive.

The Health Care Ministry visits the sick and homebound on a regular basis.  The Social Committee works diligently to help parishioners to enjoy gatherings together with dinners and dances during the year.

The parish also has a wonderful program for seniors/retirees.  Monthly they are invited to an activity, many which bring them to different parts of New England for a day of excitement, lunch and adventure.
